Chen said that Datian Subic Shoes “is actually patterned after its parent company with plenty of lines for stitching, and has its own rubber compounding, outsoles molding, insoles and arches sponging, rubber gluing and fixing operations.
These local operations will ensure an average production of at least 350,000 pairs of shoes per month, Chen also noted.
As it is necessary to consider first the arrival of equipment and construction materials as well as the need to adjust on the project components and development schedule. The firm is anticipating to immediately start its operations on 2017, Chen added. -JCE.
Good news for that area. More opportunities and income for the locals. However, I hope they include the label “Made in the Philippines” for those brands. Hoping to see more of that label instead of the usual labels in the market.
