A video of an intoxicated man believed to be a councilor is making rounds on the internet after it was posted on Facebook.
According to the person who posted it online, the man beat up a delivery van driver and strike some of the passing vehicles on the road before bumping to a car which is owned by the man taking the video.
This happened in Timog Ave. 12 am yesterday. The plate number of the vehicle driven by the man (Councilor) is ACA 7111. The worst part is, the police didn’t arrest the culprit instead they just let him escape.
Well, he’s lucky that the incident didn’t happen in Davao City. Because if so, we all know that it will end up with the guy chewing his car’s nameplate.
Update.
According to a recent report the man who was caught on video appearing to be drunk and causing a disturbance along Timog Avenue in Quezon City was identified as John Apacible of the Blue Eagles men’s basketball team.
In the video, a male who appeared to be Apacible was challenging the guy recording the video to a fist fight. He was also yelling expletive words throughout the video
The person recording the video accused him (Apacible) of kicking his car late in the recording.
“It has come to our attention that John Apacible, a member of the Ateneo Blue Eagles, behaved in an unacceptable manner,” A memo from the school’s University Athletics Office, which confirmed speculation that it was, indeed, Apacible.
“John deeply regrets his reprehensible behavior and sincerely apologizes to all parties concerned,”
Apacible is a 6-foot-4 forward seeing limited minutes for the Blue Eagles in UAAP Season 78 and is playing on his second year.
Memo from University Athletics Director E. Fernandez on the John Apacible incident.

And the most painful thing is we pay taxes “Mandatory” to give them ( The Useless Police and Terrorist Councilor?) allowance/salary…Lets wait and see what the higher authorities can/will do..If they go unpunished?…the worst is the vigilantes will/can reign again..
Ah, could you please expound on the relationship among “Councilor” with “Putang Ina Mo” and with “Suntukan tayo”? Medyo nahihirapan akong i-grasp kuya manong Totoy Councilor #Atenista Athlete #Apacible Street,#UP Diliman, Quezon City? @_@
I hope he encounters a bigger, more powerful goon and shoots him in the face!
