Labor and Employment Secretary Rosalinda Dimapilis-Baldoz yesterday encouraged job seekers to join and participate in more than 40 job fairs scheduled nationwide for the remaining months of this year’s third quarter.
“If job seekers are serious in being employed, they should go to any of the DOLE jobs fair. Forty six of them are coming between the months of August and September,” Baldoz said.
The DOLE’s Bureau of Local Employment, headed by Director Dominique Tutay, reported to Secretary Baldoz that most of these job fairs will be hosted by the Public Employment Service Offices (PESOs) in local government units and schools all over the country.
