10. Iver Huitfeldt (Denmark)- $332 millon

The Iver Huitfeldt-class frigates have a vertical launch system with 32 cells for SM-2 missiles (and possibly Tactical Tomahawk in the future) in addition to the containers for 24 ESSMs,  and provision for two 76mm, although only one is shipped aboard the class ship at the moment, as well as a 35mm Oerlikon close in weapon system, MU 90 torpedoes, and the embarked EH 101 helicopter, making for a truly potent frigate.

11. F310 Nansen (Norway) – $557 million

The HNoMS Firdtjof Nansen F310 is a modern guided missile frigate in service with the Royal Norwegian Navy.

The F310-class frigates have been designed to provide Anti-Air Warfare (AAW) and Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) capabilities. A flight deck and a hangar will be provided for a single NH90 helicopter. The ship will also feature ESSM surface-to-air missiles and the AEGIS weapon system with the downsized AN/SPY-1F radar antenna. The F310-class frigates will be the first warship all over the world integrating the SPY-1F antenna.

  1. maganda yong arleigh burke class destroyer peru masyadong mahal.. ok! na itong incheon class ng south korea mura at maraming karga na weapons..

  2. The Philippines can forget it. Almost all the ships listed are unaffordable. They need to start with 2nd hand ships like the Chilean Navy and build up from there.
