7. LCS Freedom (USA)- $637 million
The USS Freedom Class is the first of two dramatically different LCS designs being produced. USS Freedom is designed to be a fast, maneuverable and networked surface combatant that is a semi-planing steel monohull with an aluminum superstructure. The design incorporates a large reconfigurable seaframe to allow rapidly interchangeable mission modules, a flight deck with integrated helicopter launch, recovery and handling system and the capability to launch and recover boats (manned and unmanned) from both the stern and side.

The Holland-class offshore patrol vessels are new oceanic patrol vessels for the Royal Netherlands Navy. They are designed to fulfill patrol and intervention tasks against lightly armed opponents, such as pirates and smugglers, but much higher level electronic and radar surveillance roles with great capabilities for military stabilization and security roles.
