“It’s not going to happen without my two demands and  let’s not kid ourselves. . . It’s sad, it’s deceptive, and it is straight lying what Bob Arum is doing. ” As long as my two demands will not agree by Pacquiao there will be no fight to happen”. Floyd Mayweather Jr. said.

” I’m on my vacation and your wasting my time, don’t bother me, no media, no contract, no nothing and stay out of my sight.” Floyd Added

Mayweather’s dislike for Arum and Top Rank is well documented. But to imply that Pacquiao has no say on the status of negotiations is simply not accurate, and besides, it was Arum, not Pacquiao, who stirred the pot by telling Iole they were on board with a 60-40 purse split, OK with all of the demands, random blood testing and a May 2 fight in Las Vegas.
